Mold adjustment device: used to adjust the thickness of the mold to adapt to molds of different thicknesses. The mold adjustment device usually includes components such as screws, nuts and adjustment handles.
Oil pump: It is the Injection Molding Machine Accessories that provides power to the hydraulic system and delivers hydraulic oil to various hydraulic components. The types of oil pumps include gear pumps, plunger pumps and vane pumps. The material of the hydraulic pipeline is usually steel pipe or rubber pipe, which needs to have good pressure resistance and sealing.
Controller: It is the brain of the injection molding machine and is responsible for controlling the various actions and parameters of the injection molding machine. The controller usually adopts PLC (programmable logic controller) or touch screen, which has the advantages of easy operation and flexible programming. Sensor: It is used to detect various parameters of the injection molding machine, such as temperature, pressure, flow, etc., and transmit the detected data to the controller. Common sensors include thermocouples, pressure sensors, flow sensors, etc. Motor: Provides power for various components of the injection molding machine, such as injection system, mold clamping system, cooling system, etc. The types of motors include AC motors and DC motors, etc., which need to be selected according to the power and speed requirements of the injection molding machine. Cables and terminals: Used to connect electrical components such as controllers, sensors, motors, etc. to transmit electrical signals and power. Cables and terminals need to have good insulation and conductivity.
